CHASSIS
The standard frame has extra bracing to reduce twist and improve handling. We have various options of offset and rake adjustments. Weight is kept to an absolute minimum using titanium bolts from Pro Bolt.
EXHAUST & AIR FILTER
We use MWR air filters and Performance Parts supplied a works Akrapovic WSBK system which has changed the nature of the power delivery.
SWINGARM
We have had three different versions of a swingarm designed and manufactured specifically for us. For 2023, we have the added option of Kawasaki factory swingarm, depending on circuit.
ENGINE
Our engine internals are supplied direct from the factory in Japan and refreshed every 1500km. We have different specifications for both our roads and short circuit bikes.
LOOM & ECU
We use the BSB-spec Motec ECU on both the BSB and roads bikes. We manufacture the wiring looms in-house using MIL Spec connectors.
FUEL TANK
We have two options available, both custom built by Chris Ambler Race Fabrications with the intention of distributing the weight where we want it and allowing the tank to run completely dry without surging,
MACHINED PARTS
Machined parts like the handlebar clamps, captive rear spindle system and reg/rec brackets are made by Complete Engineering Services. We also make a number of 3D printed parts on the bike, like the switchgear and dash surround.
BRAKES
Brembo 320mm discs, Superbike Evo-spec calipers on the front and a Brembo thumb brake for the rear. We have different compound SBS brake pads front and rear. HEL Performance supplies bespoke brake lines and we utilise Staubli dry break connectors.
SUSPENSION
Öhlins RVP 25/30 front forks for BSB and roads and an Öhlins RSP40 rear shock for BSB and a Maxton GP10 for the roads. We have various performance linkage options.
CRASH PROTECTION
Crash protection is supplied by GBRacing along with custom made radiator guards.
DRIVE CHAIN & HANDLEBARS
We use Renthal sprockets, grips and handlebars and a DID chain, all supplied by Hoco Parts.
WHEELS
Dymag UP7X seven-spoke forged aluminium.
COOLING
We use an over size Taleo radiator and oil cooler along with Samco hoses.
